DHL 5x5km relay

Yeah, ran 2 "stents" in the 5x5km relay "DHL løb" yesterday with a new personal best for the 10 km. My iPod is 380 meters off on the 10 km so my actual time was 47.54 while my iPod said 45.57, so I'd better go and calibrate the little thing soon I guess. I am participating again the day after tomorrow, this time hopefully only in one "stent" so I can get a new 5 km PB. It would be a great moral boost before taking on my first ½ marathon at sept. 16th
